Is there any video uploading website where I can potentially upload copyrighted videos and therefore generate revenue from it?
Main goal would be to direct my youtube traffic to that source

Instagram, of course. But you need to hit a reasonable milestone to drive traffic to YT.

Can I upload copyrighted material for example a movie on instagram and therefore get paid for that?
