Alternative Verticals For Adult Traffic

Wanted to know if anyone's had much success without verticals outside the norm for adult traffic. Penis enlargement, cams, paysites, dating and the like are over saturated. Anyone have any experience they'd like to share with something different that's not scammy? I feel like the average porn watcher based on some of my stats could use a smarter product.
