Why you don't go for SEO friendly + offshore ssd vps? I'm hosting my websites on an ssd vps provided by www.webuzo.net . No lagspike , no downtime (had 1 downtime from pre-anounced maintenance) my websites rank all on top 10-15 for all keywords i wan to. They are located in Bulgaria the lag is like 52ms... and are offshore.. you can do pretty much everything except P2P torrents and child porn ofc..
