alternative to weebly designer platform?

Hey guys, I was just wondering if anyone knows of a white-label solution that could act as an alternative to the weebly designer platform? ( designers.weebly.com )

I need a CMS solution that will allow clients to make small revisions to their website, and also will make the initial build rather easy (not WordPress).

Ideally, the solution would have a price that doesn't vary with number of websites but varies on some other metric, as the issue with the weebly designer platform is that they charge minimum $7.95/month per client which isn't really feasible.

Any suggestions at all would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry, I probably wasn't that clear in what I was looking for; I need a CMS solution (online) that clients can use later on to edit their own websites with an easy web interface.

It's okay though; I've been looking for ages and I think that I've finally stumbled across a possible candidate so I think this thread can be closed

hello i think blogger is the best platform to design your blogs and sites because blogger can install XML templetes .. and i have a software that can design a site ..
