Im need traffic and lots of it. Just junk traffic but has to be from the USA. Traffic hold was $2.65 per 1k. I have found some with better prices but have an issue trusting some of them. Need unique per 24 hours or at least max of 2/3 hits per 24 hours. Any ideas of good and trusted places? Need somewhere that has a control panel to monitor traffic.

Traffic Holder is the best out there as far as I've seen. I haven't found anyone that has as nice a user interface as them. They've been around for a while and probably aren't going anywhere unlike many shady so-called "traffic brokers" I've used... all I know is I'm going to keep using them for quite some time
The most trusted places for cheap (& dependable) traffic is MSN and Yahoo. use content network and bid on keywords like "brad pitt", "Bill Gates" or "Anjelina Jolie" , these keywords generate a tons of traffic and there is no competition as these are difficult to monetize.
The ip's will be clean, if your referrer leaks than you wont be in soup, so in all a lot of benefits.
Also you can try adbrite, but have no experience with that.

The only problem with yahoo and msn is even at one cent per click that's $10.00/k instead of $2.65/k. Not exactly the trade off the OP had in mind most likely.
Well let's just say in a sense, Im selling the traffic. Current price of $10 per 1k for it. So I need a low price. TH was working great as I was making $7.35 per 1K. Not much money compared to what some people make, but was profiting $50-80 a day. TH is pretty much out of the question though. They do have a non-adult category which will send to non-adult sites, but the traffic itself comes from adult sites which I can't have. They can hide the referral to show hit.trafficholder.com for a little extra but unsure if I want to go that route right now.
My other traffic broker is $3 per 1k, but with no cap Im only pulling 1k - 1.5k a day which is extra income, nothing to live off.
I tried adbrite, but pulled like 8 hits in 24 hours. I guess I need to quit being so cheap and raise my bid for them. Damn it...lol.

just google 'traffic exchange' and then look through their terms .
