There is a tool called Mass Page Creator. It's not a Wordpress plugin though. I use it for all of my mass page sites. I build a wordpress front end and then use Mass Page Creator to build pages in sub folders. It can take Wordpress pages and convert them to HTML for you. You can build sites directly to Amazon S3 or on any domain via FTP, or just on your own server. I built a site in 2018 that I sold for $15k a few months later. I have clients doing 5 figures monthly with mass page builds on their ecommerce sites.
It's legit the most advanced mass page tool ever built. I've been using it for over two years and I still don't consider myself an advanced user of the tool. The owner of the tool is older dude... sort of a poor man's Bill Gates if you know what I mean. He doesn't know anything about BHW or JVZoo or any of the normal places where creators shill their software. He runs it out of a FB group.
It's not exactly cheap ($697), but I remember when mass page tools like Local Supremacy, Serp Shaker, etc were coming out, and some of their licenses were just as expensive. Those tools aren't even supported anymore to my knowledge.
