Hi are there any alternatives to paypal, as I just found out I cannot receive or send money on my account. I'm in a Caribbean country...

There are a lot but i think that Skrill and Payoneer are the best

I don't know if it works in the Caribbean, but 2checkout is a great option.
Mainly because it allows you to accept payments from buyers with paypal and credit cards.

For payments, you should simply apply for a debit card at your local bank and use it for payments.
