I just need like a simple plugin or something that lets me switch between my blog networks dashboards. I don't want to pay a monthly fee. I figured this would be easy to find but I can't find anything. Any suggestions.

How many sites do you have? I think MWP is free for up to 3 accounts.

I already spend about $1000 a month on services and I don't see a need to spend another $100 just to switch between dashboards. Thats all I am looking for. Whether I have 600 sites or not doesn't mean I should just throw $100 down the drain every single month. I literally just need to effectively switch dashboards. These also aren't money sites, but a high end blog network. I just created a bot to do it so I think im good, but I am still open to any suggestions.

It sounds like you're on your way, but MWP is pretty damn good at what it does. There are alternatives like WP Manager DX but they suck in comparison.

InfiniteWP is exactly what you want and need. It's free and manages any number of sites (with updates, plugins and themes) across any number of servers and domains. Baller.
