Hello, I have Mailrelay (Free) and currently I have a problem that all the confirmation emails arrive in Outlook and Gmail to Spam. The remaining emails as newsletter (1 time per week) go to normal mail. Normally people don't check the spam to confirm even if I warn them in the popup... Alternative to Mailrelay or solution?

Consider mailchimp, GetResponds or ConvertKit

Convertkit is apparently good because it allows 1000 users for free which is what I need. I will test it to see if it does not go into SPAM.

I found MailerLite as an alternative, does anyone use it? It allows up to 1000 subs and automations which is what I currently need. The prices for upgrade don't seem bad to me, does anyone use it?
Currently with Mailrelay the mails arrive to spam and this did not happen with mailchimp.

Mailerlite is good. Also, check Brevo might be a good alternative.

You might need to run a check of your domain against blacklists.

Mailrelay is a dedicated service provider and their emails shouldn't be landing in spam.

How can I check this? My email is @mysite in Zoho and if I send direct from Zoho they never reach SPAM.

Mailrelay's IPs are shared. But you can actually hire dedicated IPs. Because they are shared, the emails from your IP "partners" affect your own messages.

Are you sending to optin subscribers?
It could be due to spam content in your campaign or shared IPs being used across other subscribers
Try to use a dedicated IP, or the best option is to setup SMTP server with dedicated IPs
Warmp it up and send unlimited emails

I am trying MailerLite but their HTML form to place on the site is very bad and gives errors with Google PageSpeed....

How many emails per day is your plan?
