Alternative to JAP?

Any panel as alternative to JAP? I have a lot of customers and I'm having problems with JAP. They advertise their services as "real accounts", "instant" and "high quality", I place orders, nothing gets delivered and it results in lots of complaints and chargebacks. Also they're not refunding orders that haven't been delivered for weeks. I'll appreciate any suggestion. I'm reselling Facebook and YouTube services mostly.

Stay far away from JAP. They have stolen so much money from me.
