Please let me know the best alternative for google analytics
I dont want to use GA for my Autoblogs

I use Awstats in my cpanel to find some similar information that provided by google analytics.
 
Reinvigorate Still in Beta version and currently not accept any new member so can't try it out.

http://piwik.org/ is like g analytics and you can add unlimited sites.You need it to install it at your own server and if you don't want to leave footprints for your sites,install it in every domain separately.

For Wordpress blogs try statpress. I've recently started using this and have found it very useful.

Add it to your plugins and just upload on mass...
 
Use awstats it tracks everything my friend

Using stats plugins in wordpress will take lots of ur resources and also its not perfect enough so awstats is a better option
 
Woopra and Livezilla are also quite good. Woopra is good "free" untill 30.000 page view per month
 
The only free one I've found that seems decent is piwik, otherwise getclicky is my all time favorite
