Alternative to freeregisteredagent.com that accepts paypal?

I need a site that provides a similar service/price to freeregisteredagent.com where an agent can file a Delaware LLC for me. I can't use freeregisteredagent.com because they only accept credit card. I've applied for a paypal debit card back in September and still haven't gotten it in the mail. If I were to call my bank I'd have to wait a long time to get a debit card from them too.

I want to be able to register an LLC now (since I have the necessary funds in paypal already).

If paying with paypal isn't an option for these companies then what is the fastest way to get a prepaid debit card (within 2-3 business days as opposed to waiting 2 months to get the card)?
