Alternative to Flippa to sell my website?

I'm trying to find an alternative to Flippa to sell my sports website. It's a good website, 6 months old, PR 3, has increasing UV's every month (about 50k UV this month) -- and I have Google Analytics report for proof. The only problem is, I haven't found time yet to properly monetize it and my writer is parting ways with me... so I thought I may as well sell the website. I thought it'd be difficult to sell on Flippa since I don't have any monetization on it -- but unless someone can correct me, 50k UV's can definitely be monetized? Any other places to sell the website?

Try you luck at DP, but beware that only those sites sell at a reasonable price who have some monthly revenue proof also.
Better monetize your site first then sale it.
