Alternative to FL ? ( one time payment)

Im a MP user but now i wanna change to a one time payment. i looked into FL page and now charges monthly. theres any other software with no monthly fee? ( w the ip costs its enough for me)

I can talk with a few developers and request to change the payment option from subscription to one-time fee if you're okay with the software not working properly after a couple of days/weeks.
