I think it does not approve services only domain and website flipping.

I need something similar to how upwork works.

Funds are transfered to upwork and are released when work has been completed.

Not really, man. You can sell most things there. For digital stuff, I would "sell" a usb with the digital stuff init.

I just tried to open a transaction as "General Merchandise" and could see an option that says that shipping wasn't necessary, so I wonder what one could sell there. Maybe even bitcoin?

Surprised there is no such services available in the BST forums. Is it not allowed to be offered as a service here?
