Is there an alternative to ebay or Amazon that does not require that you link the account to paypal. A friend of mine lives in Montenegro where paypal does not offer a service. he wants to offer groupon deeals via ebay, but without paypal, this is not possible. or is it? Thanks, James.

Whats his target market? He can accept other form of payments like Direct Deposit & Western Union then why not? Some buyers prefer paypal only though.

If PayPal will not offer their service in his region, perhaps he could do a JV (Joint Venture) with someone that would process his orders/sales for a percentage of what he makes. Just make sure you find someone trustworthy and reliable. There's plenty of people who would be willing to do that on here in the "JV Section". I hope this helps :)
