Alternative to Dingtone (for Paypal)

I've been using a Dingtone number for my US Paypal account for a few years, but recently they removed that number and won't let me use it for 2FA verification anymore.

Anyone know a good app which will let me get a US number to receive SMS verifications and make calls?

Doesn't need to be free. Actually I'd prefer one where I pay for the number, but I'm open to either.
