Alternative to content locker suggestions

Are there any alternatives to content lockers ? I have built a pretty good list for my product that converts great. My product is worth the effort but the feedback I am getting from my visitors is that the surveys are cheap looking, spammy looking, sometimes don't return to the original page. If they click "yes" on anything then more offers pop up and the survey never ends lol.
Not to mention, the tech support is horrible with cpagrip etc.

I like the idea of promoting my product free of charge, it works well that way but not liking the content lockers at all.

Any suggestions are appreciated.
