I do not know this provider but I do not want to be billed for my consumption I prefer to buy a plan, so I know the price of the proxy per unit !
My offer of Max Proxy is reasonable, it offers a tool like PIA, SocksEscort or 922S5.

But you should know that a proxy at $0.24 it is a very low price, so if you want to be a single proxy user, the price will be higher because resellers have their own expenses to maintain the back-end. Almost all proxy shops sell proxies to multiple users, this is a common situation.

If you paid extra, how would you test/know you are the only user of that proxy though? Any ideas?

For such low prices it is a proxy botnet so no guarantee on the lifespan and I do not think there is sharing because it is private after I could be wrong but good for the use that you're going to do it you don't care a bit...

Oh I see. I never knew the lower the price the more likely it’s a botnet proxy.

what price should I pay to get a decent proxy and to have a dedicated proxy with only me as a user using it?

There's a lot of easy to use Residential Services out there but I think you're looking for ones that allow you to target via city which is what I use but not a lot of providers have that.

Proxy-ipv4.com maybe? The quality of proxies is really good, they don't have an application to run proxies, but in case if you're searching for hq proxies and quality on the first place, they should suit your needs.
 
I just tested PIA proxies, out of 5 purchased proxies, only one works quickly, the others are very slow.
