I have been guest posting for a long period of time. However, most of the websites ask for money. Is there any other method to receive contextual backlinks?

90% links I shared in this forum are contextual links. And they're all free and mostly web2.0

There are a number of news or magazine style real sites, with good authority and traffic, that can be joined where you can get 'contributor' status on, to write defacto free guest posts. This can serve to provide the same juice as guest posts without the cost. In some cases the sites are well-regarded enough that you can also leverage them to serve as the authority link for your actual guest posts, on sites that let you post your link plus one "authority" backlink.
