Adsense is the best in terms of relevance and also payment, no other alternatives compare to Adsense to be honest.

Go for linkshare, they have few high converting advertisers. Works good with all kind of sites.
Don't put other ads until the Adsense team approve your site

I've heard that Chitika is a good option, although not nearly as good as Adsense. There is also the option of promoting affiliate products or even advertising your own products. For example, you could create a "funny pics and vids" collector's edition and sell it as an ebook. The best part is you can even recycle the material (David Throne did something similar with books).

Now that i have monetization on my site. I need traffic for it. I planned to get traffic from facebook. Facebook because my site is about funny pics and videos, they have high chance that it will be shared. I have created a fanpage.
I was able to find a site that can scrape fb emails. I learned that if you send message to [email protected] they will receive it on their personal email add, the email add they used to register.
I need an email message that would recommend my fanpage or ask them to like my page. Something professional. Is there anyone who could help me with this.

While you're at it, be sure to post or link to the photos on Reddit (r/funnypics or r/funny), Imgur, and Pinterest as these websites have the potential to benefit your type of website.
thanks for the advise. what i did is i uploaded the photos on Imgur then posted it on Reddit. Now how do i link them to my site?

Sorry, I should have been more specific. In the case of reddit, you would want to host the images on your website and then link to the image on your website. You can also have in-image text with a link to your website (nuance it; make it subtle yet visible enough for them to copy the link), so that if they want to see more, then they know where to go.
