Alternate Internet Payment That Accept Paypal

Is there an internet payment site that allows Paypal transfer that doesn't require a site? I was looking at CCNow but I'd need a website to use it.

I want to be able for someone to pay me through Paypal but it goes to an account of another site. I'm going to be dealing with a lot of money coming in and I don't know the run the risk of Paypal limiting or holding my account. This is a service I'm going to be running that doesn't have a site. Any help would be much appreciated.
