I believe the idea and the project will steer away into the hands of several VIPs who have the greatest power to make it a reality.
It'll be transported to JR. VIP section, with nothing but breadcrumbs being shared with the general public.
You'll probably get to buy some coins after a day or so, after the coin being officially launched and after the VIPs have bought the largest share of coins at the lowest rates (due to being in early + having most capital).
Just like in real world.
In the words of legendary Charles F. Haanel, at the very beginning paragraph of his equally legendary "Master Key System":
"That much gathers more is true on every plane of existence and that loss leads to greater loss is equally true."
