Alright BHW I need some input about ranking!

So I'm trying to rank on the first page for just one keyword(s). I've got a budget of 500-1000 for this single keyword. I have GSA and Scrapebox for T2 - T3 and quality content ready. So basically I just need amazing T1 high PR. I'm shopping around the market place I just need as close to a guaranteed thing as I can get. And not a temporary thing. Any ideas and suggestions are welcome. This is a niche target as well.

You're looking for amazing niche specific links without stating any criteria or the niche. You're better of looking for a specific vendor selling what you want in the BST. The other option is to say, "I want PR 4 links that are auto related" and see if someone has that specific type of link.
 
I have a PR7 destination site, but I am pretty sure that I do not want you to spam my site :)
 
Well I'm doing this for a medium sized business I work for. They are not spammy in least bit. We just want to be on the front page for a specific keyword.

I got that, but you wanna blast T1 link with T2's and T3's ?
 
No one offering a great service is going to want you to blast their network with gsa blasts.
 
Well if the service does tier 2 and 3, then I don't need gsa. OR if the T1's are that amazing then I won't need to do anything on my part.
 
If you have good budget buy some niche relevant PBN and Go with web 2.0 services with social signals.

I'd probably go with SYKing's advice, whilst gsa has its uses, it's probably not the best tool for what you need
 
Your problem is that you look for an easy way... the truth is that at least 90% of all link building services here are useless, not to speak about such a specific requirements as you have.

You can't suppose coming here with 1K and buying one-two services (or monthly subscription), make a little GSA blast on it, rank and bank...

Go and do your research, contact the providers, ask on specific threads, do some LB manually, devote time to your project. Then you may find and answer and get results as well.

I agree and have been manually setting up blogs and social links and articles, etc... for around 3 months now. I've worked the one keyword from around 64th position to 18th. I need the extra push to get on the first page. So yes I am looking for that extra push for 1K on here through a service as I continue my efforts on my blog networks and social channels.
