Alright, anything else?

Alright, well.. I've been trying recently to get some shit straight.. because I've got to start bringing in some cash so I can move out of this small slum of an apartment with my mom lol.. yeah.. that's right, I live with my mom right now.

So far. I've made a few youtube videos.

Those are my stats so far.. I don't know if that's good or bad, I've never made videos for the tube before. From reading some of Rucks posts I realized it was dumb to only do YouTube so now i'm uploading to other websites as well now.

Here's my whole process: find a video>get it>edit it>add your link to the end>upload it.

Is there anything else I should be doing with the videos to help gain some traffic? I'm messing with tags and keywords a little bit trying to figure out what works best.. even though anything with the word "sex" or "paris" seems to work quite well. I just feel like I could be doing more to gain traffic to these videos and hopefully to the site.. (besides spending less time on world of warcraft.)

I'll agree with Nick, i'd rather spend the time making a new video than to spend all this time HOPING someone clicks over from a comment.

4 videos to 8 sites -_- this should be a while..

Some of you are not getting it. Nick, pointed it out very simple, and I have commented time and time again and even wrote a blog post on the exact method I personally use. This goes for anything. Videos, article marketing, social bookmarking. If you want more traffic then your going to have to work on a massive scale.

Stop smelling the roses (so to speak) on that cute little video you just uploaded. The very moment that fucker is live and you know your good to go, get off your ass, grab a redbull and duplicate the process over and over. With duplication I mean upload it to more sites, and then make more videos and mass upload them as well to the other sites.

You have made money online Corey, your going to fucking make it if you stay persistent (like you have been) but the fact of the matter is that if you don't start actually taking someone's word for it that you know uses the methods AT THAT VERY INSTANT and instead wander off and do your own thing then your success is going to come much later than sooner.

You try my mass video method and come back in a week and let me know the results. If they haven't made you a lot more money and brought you a lot more traffic then your seeing now, I will personally film me sticking my own finger up my ass revealing what a fucking dumbass I am and how bad of an idea it was to post a step by step method.

You have the persistence of a gnat (which is a good thing) and you and I have been to war in other forum before, so I am going to keep pounding it down your throat as long as you stick around to start implementing some of these faster and more advanced methods. Then later on when the money is coming in consistently you can sit down and say the exact same shit that I say to myself all the time.

Seriously, you are right of course. The trouble is that there are so MANY methods which could work that it is hard for a person to grab one and run with it.

I for one have got to get a grip and get back to work. The generous folk on this forum post so many warez that my hard drive is groaning under the weight. I can't even remember what I have downloaded, let alone read or mastered them.

Since you are obviously full time and doing nicely, could I ask how you manage your time?

How much time do you spend doing the grunt work for your "tried and true" methods as opposed to reading forums, learning about new methods and playing with them?

Ruck is absolutely right. I have been trying to make money online since this past Summer. Here it is December now and interesting things are finally starting to happen.

I don't want to say exactly what I'm making BUT I had my first $100 day on Tuesday. I almost wet my pants. I woke up at 5am Wednesday morning just so I could see where the total ended up.

At this point I'm thinking, "OK, self, keep cool...could be a fluke."

Then...it happened again on Wednesday!

The point is...I was THIS close to giving up. Hell, every time something doesn't work I want to throw in the towel.

I truthfully still don't know WHICH method is bringing it in and I obviously have to figure that out real quickly if I want to enjoy this kind of thing long-term. At the moment, I am sweating like a gerbil in a gay bar (no offense to anyone).

I mean, even a blind squirrel finds a nut once in a while, right? Wrong! I was persistent enough to figure it out. The universe has a way of rewarding persistence.

Stick with it. Like Winston Churchill said, "Never give up. NEVER!"

P.S. - Don't PM me with the 'how are you doing it?' stuff. I'm not telling until I fine-tune the process...then...maybe.

The only grunt work I really do is test PPC campaigns and work with translators and people I hire out to do jobs. When you say grunt work, what exactly do you mean? If I don't have software for most of the things I do, I simply have it made. I have two sites alone that bring me 10X more a month than my old fulltime job. I spend maybe 20 minutes a day with each of them. I could very well just sit on my fat ass and let the dollars run in since they run on autopilot but I don't.

Want to talk about time management. 16-18 hours a day solid online. Day in and day out. The last vacation I took was at the end of march when I flew to florida to meet a programmer, and a few business partners. The only other vacation I took before that was when I was a senior in high school.

I like to work. I live to work. It makes me happy. It's much easier to work those kind of hours when you enjoy it. But looking at the social aspects at it, I will be honest with you. I live in a poor part of my state, and the town I live in has less than 700 people. I don't party, I don't drink, and the only things other than work is watch my kids, play hide the potato with my fiance, or fish in the spring or summer.

Maybe one day I will slow down, but it won't be this coming year.

To start up I was only doing a few videos to see if I would get any results at all..
I'm thinking now that I might start doing 20 videos to at least 8 sites a day. Comes easy when you live in a pothead infested town of less than 500 people.
Nothing to do all day=lots and lots of time.

The niche i'm marketing in goes to a lot of people so it's definitely not a hard one to market. My goal before summer is to get out of this town and move back in with my old room mate and spit on that old hag of a landlord's $400/monthly.

You just have to scale up to more videos...automate.
