ALPNAMES.COM Down

Apparently, they've been down a few days now and payment gateways are not working. Might be closing down operations?

Their site is still down but you can log in via this link.

I'm getting my domains transferred out ASAP.

Just wanted to let people know, I've only just heard this and not sure what's going on. If anyone has further details feel free to pitch in.

One of my main domains is under 60 days so have to wait another week to transfer out :/

All I can do is wait. I also have a .co.uk which has a different transfer process. This is going to be an anxious week of waiting.

That's because we should be careful choosing domain registar.

I recommend Njal.la, try to download all payment history, transactions, invoices to proof you are the owner of domain. If you can do it, do now.

I didn't notice what was going on until I did some search after being unable to log into the Alpnames account for several hours.

That sucks. Good thing i transferred 30+ domains from them more than a year ago. I had zero issues with them though, the registration, the renewal, the transfer all were smooth.

Their specific extension sites are still up e.g. register.webcam, although the domain search appears to be defunct. The account can be accessed via my.register.webcam just fine, but i guess as you said, the payment gateway is down there too. I can't try, because new domains can't be registered apparently and i don't have existing ones there anymore.

They transferred domains to moniker but I have that domain that didn't find it on moniker and it about to expire
any solution?
