First of all, their website is barely loading.

After i recieved this i waited probably about 30 hours and sent this and got this response:

I responded + response.

I gave it 24 hours and sent another message in the same ticket:

The next day as he said the server was up and running:

3 days and 12 hours has now passed and now i can finally run the server until 2019-05-17 when it went down and recieved no response from anyone.
I also sent a email asking for compensation for the lost time but no response to that either. (their support here said to email him)

When trying to enter the dashboard for the server this displays:

Imagine not even refunding parts of the payment that was paid when going out of business, what an embarrassing end of a "company". If it was me that was in charge of something like this i would personally make sure that my customers were refunded what they were owed even if their files are gone which probably means alot of more money lost there.

I hope someone sues them but that is probably unlikely.
 
I just noticed that they are out of business when I feel like checking my windows VPS after months. I paid for their service until next year and it will be very frustrating if they are not offering refund for that!

Their website is also not accessible anymore
 
There are also big rumors that PSK Hosting from that list above is either them or related to them in some way. A lot of people that had AlphaRacks account can log right into PSK Hosting with the same details.
