So, I probably went about this the wrong way, I made a few sells within a week of posting a few items off Amazon through drop-shipping sites.
I didn't create new listings, or even you UPC bar codes.
I just found similar/popular items and I just clicked 'have one to sell,' and posted at a lower price.
A few days later, I got a 'Warning: Notice of Intellectual Property Rights Infringement' notice from Amazon and that listing was pulled. They stated it was counterfeit, maybe it was. I'm not too sure, no one ever received one. They were selling it $40, and I was listing it for $10. They were other separate listings on Amazon listing it at the $10.00 price, they just weren't as popular, and they weren't pulled
Then I got another letter from seller asking me politely to take down my offers before he takes action.
I wanted to be an ass, and say your items are from the a similar drop shipping company.
But, the more I looked at his listing, he had his name in the title of the item.
So, this is how he is protected? He originally listed his name and put up a bogus UPC?
I removed all my listings until I figure out going about this the right way. Advice?
(Some of my Ebay listings are still up, but dang it's hard to undercut some of the people on there)
