    hey guys,
currently i've jumped back to CPA again haha and I was curious about incentivization ;)

How exactly is incentivization allowed? Is an offer incentivized when I give somebody something for filling out my offer OR can i also give him "nothing" but using incent offers to make cash WITHOUT getting banned? (It is not exactly that i'm not offering anything but the user won't get some ebook, or other stuff) ;)

how is incentivization exactly defined? I hope it is not that specified like "you fill out my offer, i will give you some media like mp3, videos, ebooks" coz i don't want to offer als an incentive some media but something else :p is a bit hard to explain without revealing all the details (which i want to keep as a secret of course lol )

To make it more specific: Can i use incentive offers and telling users i'm giving them something but after they filled out i won't give them anything? :p

You can give the visitors something as a reward when completing the incentivized offer, or you can give them nothing (but this technique is blackhat, and many networks don't support it).
