Do you know where can I get a script for that?
Something that allows people to register on my website and create a wordpress blog as a subdomain of my main site?
I'd really appreciate if someone here could help, has I've been searching about this and couldn't find a thing!
Thanks in advance (and will give rep later)!

So basically you're trying to make your own version of blogger?

Somewhat, but powered by wordpress, I've seen this in multiples sites, but I don't know how it is done...

Seems to be a really complicated solution if you specifically need wordpress. An option would be to do it manually for every user, but that's really absurd. Why don't you develop your own custom platform? I have seen similar projects on freelancerCom. So you might get help there. :)

Yeah the thing is that as I said I've seen this in many websites and all with the same interface, which makes me believe that there are a script able to do that.

I think I found it!
"Custom wp-signup Page With WordPress MU", I belive that is what it is called!
Thanks anyways guys!

Theoretically it should be possible. remember the one click installers in Cpanel? You need something like that i believe.
The script should copy the wp files to a new folder, make a new database and create the necessary tables. Then it should somehow make that folder to point to the chosen subdomain. The first two jobs should be easy but I don't know about the last part :P
Hope it helps!

EDIT: Wow nice that you got it. :)

WP Mu creates a bunch of blogs which are subdomains, but I'm not sure if it allows random visitors to make webpages though.

It called Wordpress Multi-Site not WPMU anymore. You can set it up to create sub-domain blogs or sub-directory blogs. Sub-domains are better for SEO though.

Go to wordpress.org and search Multi-User or Multi-Site to learn how to activate it on a new install.

don't know the exact soln. but its not apple pie for sure

If your not going to post something useful please refrain from posting at all. As stated above WPMU might be what your looking for. Also another avenue might be looking into forum scripts such as Vbulliten.
