Allow Media Types?

Quick question:

I've come across this before at networks, but currently am thinking about this in regards to MarketLeverage. At marketleverage, they have "allowed media types." For instance, you can only use e-mail or search or web or some combination of these to promote certain offers. However, I am aiming traffic at my affiliate link and making a large amount of commissions by not sending it through the qualified source.

I am meta-refreshing and cloaking my sources, but do you think I should have anything to worry about? Has anyone else dealt with this?

Try searching. If your traffic is shit and not converting you will have trouble. If the merchant complains to the network, you will have trouble. If your source of traffic causes complaints to the network or merchant, you will have trouble. Simple enough, no?
