Allow me to Re-Introduce Myself....

Y'all have given me so much here in my 3.5 years being a mostly under-the-radar member! I originally joined to learn the in's-and-out's of the IM game to use as a means to generate leads for my then fledgling real estate investing company (I'm all about efficiency and can't stand the old-style marketing most investor's do PLUS there is no better ROI than IM that, because of my Millenial-status and lengthy back-ground in IT, I more readily and easily absorbed/applied) and then to be able to re-apply it to all my subsequent companies (the latest of which is a business credit consulting service that I'll get more into elsewhere on the forum).

Took two years of on-and-off studying here to prepare to make the jump. Got EVERYTHING I needed and then some. It's a MANY heavy hitters on the board that I "lurk" up, who straight spewed the game out (one of which put out a thread out about making a few sales on high-ticket items to qualified end buyer's using PPC that was tipping point for me and I that I need to locate again). I'd tag them all here if I had ever figured out how to do so (and any help would still be greatly appreciated on that one. Rofl!). So consider this a small token of my appreciation.

Have been doing PPC and SEO w/ a 3rd-party company that I was able to vet and choose based on what I learned here. It's been UBER-successful and I was able to kick it off because of what I learned here...and what I know about and was able to actually leverage thru credit (personal, yes, but more importantly, the business-variant) as well as my understanding of the lean start-up model (at one point, I suggested a subsection here for it, if I'm not mistaken (and I probably am)).

Planning some other IM efforts when I get the capital here soon to do so, on exploration side. Flipping sites like I flip houses appeals to me ALOT. Bought one of those platinum keywords the What's-His-Face-Fishkin was selling a couple years back and STILL haven't done anything w/ it.

Can't wait to get to 100 posts and be able to pay for Jr VIP membership and JV w/ a few legit elite guys. Got some gooood stuff in pipelines and the R&D budget to deploy them. Going to work hard AF to stay around more often. One of the few boards I truly dig. Got to earn those 100 though. Don't believe in putting up nonsensical b.s. Almost there...

P.S. I shared a major key in my thread on the Business and Tax Advice sub-forum I started and never finished years ago (I'm a Taurus: it takes us a while but we get around to it eventually.). That said, it will help each and everyone one of you here, if you apply it, just like everything else taught by authorities on other topics here.

Thanks dude! I couldn't even totally leave for real. Would hop on every 4-6 mos and peruse around. This start-up ting is tough AF though! Had ALLL my attention but now, I'm coming up for air and ready to take to next level.

It's amazing the sheer quantity and quality of info here, FR! I would pay many times more for the Jr. VIP purely because marketing is such a major component to a business that I completely ignored before but now I'm shouting from rooftops, trying to wake the people up. Lol!

I want to give back to that which gave so freely to me. PLUS I plan on using the vendors/members here for all the different aspects of marketing that I need for all of my current and upcoming business (on some lean start-up junkie sh*t).

Glad to see a fellow real estate industry/IT/marketing guy! Investing can really turn a profit, especially if others want you to consult for it Glad to hear things have been rockin' for you!

What do you do specifically in RE? IT? Marketing?

Indeed we are It's funny how we just kinda get "roped into it" and become the go-to folks that co-workers and other business people come to for solutions, advice, etc. I handle the IT - virtualization, manage firewalls, cloud and website stuff. I try to really keep things locked down and make sure the folks here at the office follow best practices for simple things such as passwords, handling of folks PII, etc. It's a medium sized office but I'm the only guy and definitely the lynch-pin. I'm sure you know that real estate is the least-secure industry as per IT "security" is concerned. Realtors just don't care it seems, until its too late

I've been presented a new opportunity to diversify my business and earn residual income with a large chain of companies whom handle clothing and whatnot, from the production of thread to the final product being boxed and shipped out. Needless to say I'm stoked about it and wanna be able to bless others, being a channel for blessings, not a reservoir & I wanna be able to share with the community here - positivity can really bring the blessings

Yea, other's knowing you have this knowledge will have you ALLLLL tied up, Shibari-style, rope not withstanding. Lol! And do you mean you're the "only guy" as in gender or as in IT specialist? Either way, has to be a test on your humanity. Dear God, I hope it's not both.

True, RE is shaky to say the least, but w/ no risk, comes no reward. After a while, you realize that your mentality has the greatest impact on your success in it, or any other venture for that matter.

Congrats on plunge into new venturing waters! Swim like you smacked a shark and you'll do awesome! You have the right mindset, focusing on providing something that reverberates blessings from inward, outward. I'm living by same principle. So frickin hard but so frickin rewarding!

Karma is like a business. You have to pour into it for a long-time, thru all the tests, temporary setbacks, naysayers, economy, etc but eventually, the revenue of such starts to trickle in and before you know it, Deluge City!
