Allison Lindstrom: "Make Money Blogging"

She's right about treating like a business.

From personal experience, blogging success is all about scale.

At some point, you'll need software to scale.

I wonder what kind of software Ms Lindstrom is using to automate content promotions

what's interesting is that she made the most money by selling her own product rather than by selling someone else's product.

and if you don't treat it like a business, you won't make any money.

Personally speaking, I find it utterly ridicilous to teach other's how to make money online, when all you do is selling courses on doing money. That's only helpful for people who want to do the same *shrug*

This online course madness is just feeding on an ever increasing amount of people who want to get rich with online courses as well. It's just another version a chain letter *lol*

ha! it works for john chow! that plus selling mobe ... which is, according to many people, a total scam.

This video is also good... she basically makes 40k a month with Amazon FBA... buying from a cheap source like Alibaba and started out selling waist trainers on Amazon

but she also promotes with her youtube channel (it's actually good if you can be the face of your own product) and with time started to rely less on Amazon but building her own brand...
Via youtube and social media. These people are into using Amazon's FBA as a launching pad but eventually building your own brand.

Her youtube channel is Luxx Health and it shows up #2 and #3 if you search for waist trainers in youtube and her channel has over 30k subscribers so she gets a lot of sales from it.

That makes sense. You keep 100% of the profits. You set the quality of the product. You control the sales process.

Alibaba to Amazon is a TOUGH SELL if your traffic is from Amazon's internal traffic.
Here "SECRET" is her Youtube channel.

selling your own products is 100% correct, you're losing out on all the margins when you do dropshipping and affiliates
