Allintitle: this scenario

I'm wondering, imagine you have the 4 word long keyword "best soft pillow cushions" which has ZERO exact allintitle competition on Google. The page 1 competition has a few well known domains like Amazon or Ikea, but they have no exact keyword match in either the title, URL or description. Say they have "soft pillow cushions" in the title and/or desc but without the "best" attached.

If you then created a site with "best soft pillow cushions" in the title, URL, description and good on-page SEO, are you pretty much guarenteed to rank well regardless of the sites on page 1?

No, if you stuff the exact match keyword in everything you can find you'll be viewed as keyword spamming. So you'll be guaranteed maybe page 100, but definitely not guaranteed page 1. Spread near match versions of the keyword around and make a natural looking site that is actually informative and you will have a good start.

Agree with ThopHayt. You can work with it, But you should alert from spamming.
