For mainstream social networks like Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok, you're very less likely to find any reliable provider. These social networks are evolving fast and SMM panels are not catching up fast enough.

if panels are not working, just farm your own accounts and do the work yourself
sometimes, outsourcing work is not the best answer

I am facing the same issue nowadays. Most Instagram follower services are experiencing a significant drop, and the providers do not refill on time. Sometimes it takes more than 48 hours.

You can outsource work to people in third world countries, paying them very little (like 100-150$) for US or European standards, as long as they have stable connection to internet and electricity. And also you are doing a good deed to those people since the money you give will be a lot for them and they can't earn it in another way.

I've put a price like this not to be cheap. If you know Spanish you can even outsource your work to Venezuelans (as long as they have stable iternet and electricity) for 5$. But I wouldn't do this, I like paying people what they are worth and can live with.
