also just because you paid a certain price for them or cause they had a certain metric in a tool doesnt mean they are high quality. In my experience, most link vendors these days sell shit quality.

I think you made the mistake of doing link manipulation. Buying too many links at once or poor quality backlinks harms the site.
You should spread the connection work over time, and you should do it gradually.
Of course, your website may have suffered the wrath of one of the latest Google updates.
In addition, it is possible for the ranking fluctuations to be normal after getting a backlink. These may take some time to take effect, and you may experience tides in the process.

Doing tooo many backlins on Homepage/root domain is the resone. google think it's seems spam practise. try to do some backlins on your other page too. and take some social signals.

Anyways, in these cases when you buy some links and then conclude that it was a fault. Should you try disavowing? Or it would make it worse?

Link type, relevancy, and authority matters.

Disavowing them may or may not work as Google don't disavow all links you mention. Removing those links is the best choice if you are sure those are a mistake.
