All Rankings Stuck On #3

I recently started uploading on my old channel which is mostly focused on search traffic. I've uploaded around 100 quality videos in the past 30 days (i have a team), and something that caught my eye is that 90 out of the 100 videos rank on #3, not more, not less. It's like something is preventing them from showing at #1 and #2. My videos are very high quality, and they have voiceovers and high-quality clips, while the rank #1 and #2 videos are usually slideshows with just a background music.

What could it be causing this?

It's very simple, but it's a difficult problem for many people. CTR. Just increase watch time. and get more organic viewers.

CTR. Even if the viewing time performance is low, if the organic viewer volume is high, the ranking will rise.
