I read it as all penis down, as well. I don't drink, smoking on the other hand is a different story.
Regarding the panels being down, as said above most SMM panels use Perfect Panel, as I have in the past. I would personally create my own 'perfect panel'.

This is what happens when people use the same hosting company. If the hosting company goes down due to updates, etc. Anyone also using that hosting company will go down.
Its not because they are not the source.
The thread is about all panels being down, not able to fill orders.
The reason why all were down were because of shared hosting.
For panels who are unable to fill orders, you should contact them directly and it would get resolved. If not, BHW created this awesome thing called a Shitlist
