help all my website are down ipage sent me this email. They want me to pay for them. I'm already paid full year

If you are sure you have paid for all your websites for an year, provide them a payment proof and they should fix things.

idiots, at least they should let you take your backup or at least give you 24 hours to pay... Now you are forced to pay to get your data back...

I would make sure the payment actually cleared. I've had issues with "pending" payments through paypal where it was in limbo. Otherwise, provide proof that your paid, get your data, and MOVE hosts. Send them an email afterwards letting them know.
