All my pages are in google cache, why??

Hi all,

I have a site for which I am doing linkbuilding for 10 keywords. Half of them had a top 5 position in google.nl and the rest was coming along nicely (positions ranging between 15-30). One keyword however was stuck at position 150. Yesterday I built 5 profile links on high PR sites and then pinged them. When I checked about 8 hours later I could see that this keyword had jumped to page 1. Next day however ALL 10 keywords had disappeared from the rankings. Also when I checked whether my pages were still in the index with site:mysite google only returns pages that are in the cache from 20 December. What happened? Did I trigger a penalty?

Dec 20 ? U mean the pages created after 20 are deindexed?

Or is it g is not indexing ur updated content?

rebuild your sitemap and wait for a week or so and then check again hopefully your problem will be solved

Indeed, everything after 20th of December appeared deindexed. I don't really have updated content on the site. I just built 5 forum profile backlinks and used pingfarm, next morning, bam all keywords gone. wtf?
