Yesterday, Instagram made me verify my account by a code that they sent to me via text. I checked my IG a little later and all my videos and pictures were gone from my account. I can still log-in, like posts and follower users. I am using followerliker to follower/unfollower but on conservative settings.

Anyone have experience with this? Is this just a temp ban from me posting?

    Thanks

Apparently I had to do this back in Feb. so don't think it's hacking or hopefully not. It's bizarre because I've only gotten a temp ban for liking pic too quickly. I messaged IG support to see what's up.

It's all instructional videos of me so everything is unique. Only thing I can think of is my intro has 8 seconds of music that I do not own but it's a remix of a song and I hear people use much more popular music than I do.

I guess I'll wait it out. It's been 24 hours and my posts aren't back yet so either i have copyright issues or my account got reported.

I have had this happen to me also about 2 months ago.

If your pictures were removed due to copyright, you will receive an email from Instagram stating so. I have received a few in my days. If you ignore this email, and you receive a second report of copyright, your pictures will all be deleted (I learned this the hard way).

It could be that you have multiple accounts on 1 IP address that are making to many posts.

    This would result in:
    - Your pictures not appearing under the hashtags (Login using a different account or use a web browser to confirm)
    - Your pictures have been deleted due to making to many posts on 1 IP
    - You are making these posts on a IP address which has been flagged in the past due to not following IG's terms
    - Your account being banned.

The other scenario would be that your account was hacked, and they deleted all your pictures.

    This would result in:
    - Most cases having to change your password
    - Re-Verify your account via email or phone

To be on the safe side, I would change your IG password, along with your emails password.

I think it may be multiple accounts on one IP. I don't have mass accounts on one IP but I do have a few including a personal one to go with my business account. About a month ago my hashtags didn't show up in the search feature but they fixed that. Do you know if there's anyway to get my posts reinstated for that account? It's a pretty important one because it's the main one I use for advertising my business.

Alright, well a good rule of thumb is to have a maximum of 3 accounts / proxy. I know there will be many people who disagree with my statement, however this is the magic number for me, and many others. If someone claims they can add more than 3 on 1 proxy, they are not completing many actions on their accounts, or their accounts were created on the same proxy or IP, and verified using a physical private phone number. Feel free to experiment, but use the 3 account / proxy rule as your safe limit. The more actions you complete, the less accounts / proxy.

In regards to getting your pictures back, I would give you a 2% success rate. It would take you weeks trying to get a hold of Instagram. Its better just to start posting the pictures again, and try to be more careful next time.

Maybe someone else has a trick to getting your pictures back, however i doubly it personally as I have searched extensively and found no useful information. But I did not scan the entire internet :)

Thanks Berber for all the help.

I still have access to my account and all my followers. If I start reposting, will it get deleted again or should I make a new page? It would be a pretty big hassle to start up a new page again and rebuild those followers.

I would try to see if you can post successfully on your established account before thinking to create a new account.

If your using automation software, try and post the pictures manually, and dont post them all at once. Take your time. Dont buy them fake likes or followers.

If you notice your pictures are not appearing under the hashtag search (Using a different account, or web browser), not receiving any likes (except from your followers), or the posts get removed again. I would suggest starting up a new account as a backup.

You can follow your followers on your old account using your new account. This would at least give you some followers.

Thanks really appreciate the help. One more question if I use a proxy do I have to post using my computer or can I use my iphone too?
