Only thing I think is funny is about the whole posting totally manually, why? I mean if you have the money to burn on employees go ahead it's your money but it's not needed. Posting can be automated fairly easy even without a mainstream program so instead of hiring say a dozen people to post hire one to watch over all the posting machines and save money. That has nothing to do with being lazy, just common sense on how to save money.

As for the call center and all that more power to ya if it works for you. I started in this to get away from having to deal with other people's bullshit. If I wanted to deal with employee drama I'd go open a strip club, webcam studio, or go back to my webcam site.

I'm a firm believer in "work smarter not harder" which means sometimes I'll work an hour to automate something that takes 15mins, but that saves me that 15mins for however much longer I do that task. So if that makes me lazy then I guess I am.

Well, nice post by the op but it shows how BHW has changed. Unless I'm mistaken, or maybe I was hallucinating it all but seems to me the original intent of this forum (and kinda why it's called BHW not BUSTYOURASSWORLD) was to make money the blackhat way. Blackhat meant shortcuts and then some.

Fuck man, 2/3 of all the old tactics and methods that used to be popular here aren't even allowed anymore (although for some reason it's still okay to discuss spamming).

Anyway, I guess what I'm saying is that yeah, hard work is noble but I'd rather work smart than hard.

Well said. I guess I'd rather make $100k/year sitting in my home office for 4 hours a day than have the bullshit surrounding employees, offices, expenses etc.

You can act all big and bad by throwing big numbers around if you want but I'll pass as you can't prove your number is accurate to us just as I can't/won't to you so what would be the point of even saying a number? I haven't had a real job in the last 5 years now back even before I found IM.

As for the "business advice" all I was saying is it's cheaper to post automated specially if he's not posting in jobs, apts, or personals. Why hire 6 people to do the job 1 person can do? Or even 2 people, one to maintain the posters and one to write the ads. Maybe he has other very good reasons why he has a team posting manually I don't know I just know for most cl marketers automation is the way to go.

I have moved on to whitehat as well and am earning dividends much higher than my blackhat days. Safer too.

But I do enjoy the occaisional bad ass method to do stuff. As well as keeping up to date on new tools.

IMO, the entitlement attitude and the shear amount of massive laziness I see in people on this forum from time to time amazes me. But what amazes me more is to read from these same people that they do not understand why they are broke.

Look at the dudes behind facebook - billions - and its just a single site. You dont believe, because you in your mindset its not possible. Fine with me, I thrive on the fact that not all humans are equal - you sabotaged yourself before you began, thanks!

No one here owes you any kind of motivation, and the biggest earners will *never* give public information about their earnings - if you were one, you would know why.

By the way, I'm not some super earner YET - but it took under a year to hit 100k from first introduction to BHW - here is why:

If you think people should show you proof to motivate you then you should forget about IM. People share tips, tricks, methods, and stories here because they want to. It really doesn't matter if you want to believe it's possible or not. No one owes you any type of proof at all. If you need to be motivated then you should start motivating yourself, that isn't anyone elses job.

Unless someone is trying to get you to pay them money for something, there's no obligation for anyone to prove anything.

Take the information you find, evaluate it for yourself to decide if it's something you could do, and then try it if you want. If it seems like something that wouldn't work for you then you should probably find something else that you can believe in. But if you're not going to pay attention unless someone proves it to you, then you might as well just surf on over to some entertainment site and start playing some games. At least then you'll have some fun.

Even if someone does provide proof that they've been successful with a method doesn't mean that you'll be successful with it as well. But if you try something and don't succeed it doesn't mean the method is dead, just that you weren't able to make it work yourself.

There's a ton of stuff on this forum that I'd never make a dime on if I tried, but I have no doubt there's other people that make a killing with those same methods. Different people have different skillsets and different levels of experience. If you pay attention to the different methods then you can use some of that information to apply on other projects. Most ideas on here can be applied in a lot of different ways besides the ones they're originally brought up about.

Automation is totally dependent on the method - if it doesnt provide an economy of scale its not worth the effort.

Some people get hung up on automation to the loss of earnings. Its also worth saying that you can automate *parts* of a system. There is no hard and fast rule on this.
