All Keywords Rankings Disappeared

All my keywords rankings disappeared.

I don’t have any penalty or manual actions.

All my pages are still indexed on Google.

Whats going on?

Perhaps this is the effect of Google's new SpamBrain update that neutralizes unnatural links.

John Mu responded to a question asking if it'll be manual action, his response was no.

Does neutralize mean discounted, does not help or penalize you - or - discounted, does not help you and does penalize you?

I'm not John Mu but in due time we would understand fully.

What I can infer from the Twitter post is that if specific pages on your site are ranking as a result of some unnatural backlinks you acquired, the link juice from such links would removed and your page would lose traffic.

If you have pages that are ranking on their own as a result of other factors and not unnatural links, they ideally would not be affected.

Now, this is just a theory. The application might be a lot different from this because sometimes (if not most times) what the updates intend to do tend not to be exactly what it does.

When have you been hit?

You will have to wait for things to settle down a bit now, don't go changing loads of things yet.

Look at other sites in your niche, who won, who lost, are there any patterns. Sometimes though Google is just being a cunt.
