already done but i see no error or message from google at all, maybe i will wait for few more days to see if google will send an email or notification if i penalized

If you only just added it to WMT, it can take a few days.

If you haven't done any backlinking and your site is only a month old - then how did it rank in the first place?
You're clearly not telling the full story here.

mate, my website focus on low competition niche and targeting long tail keywords with decent amount of traffics up to 100 visitors a day from google itself. as what i've said on my reply earlier, some basic onpage seo like meta desc. htags with unique contents is what im doing.

The only way is update your sites frequently before you get backlinks,Check the traffic from that backlinks.
Your site is game site try to improve your categories with quality images and creative designs to attract the users.

Contact me by P.M , i think you need to delete all of your content and start building unique content, Google says that you use crap content , spam , you copy from other website etc....
IDK what strategy you are using , did u made some money with this website?
You said your site is a month old and has zero backlinks. Furthermore the content is probably garbage (the penalty was due to your content quality).
Why exactly do you wanna preserve this site and not start over? I mean where's the value?

the quality is unique and did it myself but only 500 words per conntent with pictures. i dunno maybe its because of the quality of it

They clearly state that you have been penalized for your content.
My advice is to start over - it's pointless to preserve the site in its current state.
