All in one Proxy Program

Hello all,

I am looking for a proxy program like hide my ip, but with some different in it, i have no idea if it exists. Can't find any so thats why i ask it here. (Hope this is the right place of the forum to ask, if not please move or delete post)
I would like the program to have the option to change proxy every so often and i would like it to be able to import proxy's from a list of pay and free proxy's.
Also would like the program to be able to test the imported proxy en auto delete the non working proxy's. (just as in scrapebox)

Perhaps you can use Scrapebox for testing and this Firefox extension for auto-rotation:
