All in one Monthly SEO Strategy (docs, apps, services, other?)

Ive been doing SEO on/off for 20yrs but I've never had a set structure or pattern. Just tackled each moth as it comes.

Does anyone know of any services that can provide live feedback to customer, automated reporting, a schedule loookup to see work due, etc.

I've heard of some companies using RavenTools for this - is that worth looking at?

I had used them once and they were good.
With Seo Powersuite you can schedule your reports to be delivered to email of upload via FTP.
But with any tool you will need to manage everything either yourself or a VA.

I wonder, why don't you hire a developer to create a custom tool for this?
I'm sure you will love it. You need to hire someone to build a custom tool man.

I'm already a coder and probs could build something myseklf. My initial thoughts were to create master Google Sheets shared with them that would extract data from various APIs for display.

Not sure it's the best option though and wondered what others use?

Is it just me or SEOPowerSuite seems to be one of the best and most cost-effective all-in-one SEO software on the market but, at the same time one of the most underrated as well?

Is it too good as compared to SEMRush? Asking because I use SEMRush and was looking for any alternative, if there is any, that is good as well as cheaper than SEMRush, but I didn't find any.

I don´t know if it is "as good" or better than SEMRush or Ahrefs, but I believe more and more there isn´t such a big gap between those tools. Also, what makes SEOPowersuite stands above SEMrush or Ahrefs or any other all-in-one SEO tool on the market is its pricing.

I mean, you can get their Enterprise license which is their higher tier for $499 for the year!

Oh, and this is for all 4 apps!
