ALL FB Ads disapproved immediately ! why ?

What's up yo!

Created a new ad account, added billing details, after creating an ad the account was disabled automatically! but it was reactivated after I contacted them.

Now the account is active but every single ad I create is disproved right away, even a simple page likes campaign was rejected which has no creatives or ad copy!

When I appealed my page likes campaign they said this :

I took a look at your account and noticed that the content advertised by this ad is prohibited. We reserve the right to determine what advertising we accept, and we may choose to not accept ads containing or relating to certain products or services and will not allow the creation of any further Facebook Ads for this product.

a simple google search revealed that this is an automated message that they send to everyone.

What's odd is after activating my disabled account they increased my ad account creation limit from 10 to 50!! but what are they good for if all ads will be disapproved!

I heard that creating ad accounts from certain countries allows you to deal with a local ad reviewing team which is less strict and will make your life easier, what's your take on this guys ? any ideas.

What were you advertising?

Check the Fan Page, change it, probably that is the problem.

Like what kanehlm said, could be something with your fanpage.

Quick update, managed to get someone from facebook on the phone and they confirmed what you guys said, the system detected a keyword in my fanpage that is black listed, the guy on the phone was kind enough to whitelist the word and approve my ads.

Wow man you must be the chosen one. You got personal support from FB!? WUT?

Any chance you'd reveal the blacklisted keyword?

Yea how the hell would you get phone support by them? that doesn't even exist nor is it listed anywhere, unless it is different for your country. can you explain this?

Tweak it up until you've hit a campaign that they'll approve? The same happened to me. Tried four or five times before i finally had one launched.

can't reveal the word because it will reveal the niche I'm working on

As for getting someone on the phone, all I did is I opened a support center case and someone from Dublin called me within hours.

Note, collectively between all of our ad accounts we spend $75k+ a month
