All board sections showing in alphabetical order rather than sort order?

Just like it says, I have all my boards sorted by section, in a very particular order for each based on how often I use each section, with sections I save to frequently intentionally listed first. For whatever reason when saving a new pinm, on desktop, all the boards' sections are now listed in alphabetical order regardless of my sorting. The sorting remains the same on the board itself but whenever I try to save a new pin its in alphabetical order. Is there a way to fix this and is anyone else experiencing the same problem?

Yeah, I have seen a few people mention this recently, so it might be a Pinterest UI or update issue rather than something wrong on your side.If the board order still looks correct normally but changes only while saving pins, Pinterest is probably forcing alphabetical sorting in that popup for now. You could try clearing cache, switching browsers, or checking the mobile app to see if it behaves differently, but it may just need to be fixed by pinterest itself.

This is usually a UI change or temporary sorting bug, so try updating the app, clearing cache, or switching devices, and if it persists, report it to support since custom section order sometimes gets overridden in the save dialog.

It sounds like it could be a Pinterest side issue, especially if your board order is still correct and only the save menu is showing everything alphabetically so it may be related to a recent desktop update if others are seeing the same thing too
