All accounts on SUS activity all at once

Hey everyone, so I'm getting straight to the point. I got back to my house today after a vacation and come to find out that all my accounts all went on suspicious activity today. I assume it was all today because my earnings dropped today, accounts are all on good proxies, all have different bios, I just don't understand how this happened. Can anyone give me tips to avoid this?
