All about traffic

Anyone has good experience with buying targeted traffic? I've bought country targeted traffic both adult and non adult but 0 conversions (the company I bought it from is one of the largest traffic sellers on the market).
Is it me or is this kind of traffic almost worthless?

i dont get traffic exchanges why would you swap the exact same anount of traffic - if neither of you get any increase - is this purely to have a different set of eyes looking at the ads and content ?

With things evolving so quickly on the internets, it's amazing to see that 2 and a half years later, the basic techniques are still the basic techniques.

Where do you get the idea that "neither of you get any increase", there's definately an increase.

If it wasn't set up to require the same amount of traffic, then you would run the risk of providing thousands of vistors to someone else, but only recieving a few back in exchange. By swapping the same amount of traffic it insures that you get the same increase in traffic as what you're providing to the exchange.

Both sides of the exchange get more traffic equally.

Blog Comment Traffic
I agree with HaRRo that Blog Comment Traffic works. Yes do a blog search on your niche, blogsearch.google.com is fine but try blogsearch.pingblogs.us for blogs at specific blog hosting service. A simple rule is to take time to comment and comment according to the blog post. When you make some meaningful comment it will first be accepted / published. It is only then you interest others to read your comment and then follow your link. The trick is to comment such that the commenter looks interesting and so would his link be interesting. It takes time to build up and does work.
